  • Can be decent but …..

Used to be absolute mandatory listening and now fluctuates between good bad and indifferent. Laura Kuenssberg must go down as one of the best journalists whilst being the singularly most irritating and as such it makes the podcast almost unlistenable

Been a subscriber for years, but I’m done. Impartiality? Today’s episode was like listening to a Party Political broadcast. But for Trump

  • Enjoyable podcast

Excellent podcast. I enjoy my daily update and the presenters are informative yet they have a good rapport. Nice to have the mix of the seriousness of current events with a joke here and there. Keep up the good work!

  • Great but….

Where did the BBC style manual go ? Capitalisation of non-nouns in triple is distinctly Trumpian .

Journalism and explanatory chat is excellent .

There should be a broader, systemic review of anti-racism guidance and training, ensuring it helps frontline officers without creating counterproductive pressures or overcorrection.
Will Henry Nowak’s Murder Change Policing?

Q: Why was the body cam footage released and how has it affected public perception?
The footage was released with the family's permission and used as part of open court evidence; it has provoked intense reactions from politicians and journalists alike, highlighting concerns about police handling, potential racial bias, and the handling of a vulnerable individual in distress.
By-Electioncast: Chris Reports Back From Makerfield
Q: What are Reform and Burnham promising on the doorstep in Makerfield?
Reform emphasizes local services like pubs and libraries and argues for practical, locally focused policies rather than national rhetoric, while Burnham frames Labour as capable of delivering broader, governance-level improvements if given the chance.
