I used to love this podcast, but I’m a less frequent listener these days. I find myself drawn elsewhere more often than not (Newsagents and The Rest is Politics.) What I enjoy most is when Newscast returns to the original Electioncast/Brexitcast style - senior BBC peeps together, commenting in depth, sometimes chatting with experts, having time to talk beyond the headlines, and mixing it with some levity/personality.
