If it’s a new day, do try to work into the program how it’s all trumps fault.
It’s years past time to be open minded and maybe report on the news without the crutch of saying Trump - just one day per week. It just looks like you are a one trick pony with no other answers or investigation than Trump flapped his wings and everything in the news changed. Quality news organizations can look beyond this to the real story, or should.

Especially enjoyed listening to Australian MP Zoe McKenzie’s contribution. Articulate, smart, decent. Gave me a much better understanding of how social media restrictions can work.
Overall I find the pod very easy to listen to. And good company. After retiring from 30 years in digital media, Whitehall and diplomacy, listening to Newscast has kindled a more distanced interest in government, politics and international affairs now that I live in Morocco.
