I really enjoy listening to episodes with guest speakers. I’ve been listening to this podcast since it came out. However anything run by Jake has too many “umms” after every sentence. It’s distracting and annoying, and makes me not want to listen to any of the survey recaps
Being new to having a home gym I really wanted to like this podcast but all I could hear are one guys “um’s” and the others “like’s”. Um like that’s all um that I could um like hear and um it was um driving me like um nuts!
