  • Quality

Great podcast that breaks down and explains the why and how of evidenced based fitness programs/ programming. I also use their associated workout programming and after trying and being disappointed with a lot of other options the GGA programs is great. This is been the only option I have found (after a lot of searching) that provides:

    - realistic training durations

    - incorporates both strength and cardio

    - progressive and periodized programming

  • Binge listener

I found this podcast while looking for reviews of the Fiber Fueled book and have been binge listening ever since. I love how they breakdown studies and topics, I feel like I’m learning so much. I’m also a big fan of the shorter episodes you can listen too while cooling down at the gym, and even though I haven’t tried a ‘meet yourself Saturday’ workout yet I really love the idea. I bought & read Killing Comfort too & it’s helped me a lot to reprioritize things & set goals. I’m so happy I stumbled... more
