Great podcast that breaks down and explains the why and how of evidenced based fitness programs/ programming. I also use their associated workout programming and after trying and being disappointed with a lot of other options the GGA programs is great. This is been the only option I have found (after a lot of searching) that provides:
- realistic training durations
- incorporates both strength and cardio
- progressive and periodized programming
