  • A proper podcast!

Enjoy listening to the banter between Tommy and Tanner! Especially the non home gym/powerlifting topics where they go off the rails with hilarious nonsense! They help me pass the time while doing yard work and other tedious tasks. Also while I work on getting stronger! They are definitely from the proper country era!

  • The ShamWow of Lifting Podcasts!

The Massenomics Podcast (should I remove that the?) is the ShamWow of lifting podcasts. It’s not flashy or overproduced, but like a ShamWow it’s effective and consistently entertaining.

Like the ShamWow, it may look rough on the edges, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Give it a chance and it will earn a spot in your podcast rotation and in your heart.

I had hit so many plateaus. One after the other next. It was a never ending series of plateaus. But then I learned about horse stall-mat based gains and how to horsecock weight, and it’s because of BigTommy and BigTanner. You need these visionaries in your life.
