The Massenomics Podcast (should I remove that the?) is the ShamWow of lifting podcasts. It’s not flashy or overproduced, but like a ShamWow it’s effective and consistently entertaining.
It covers strength training, gym culture, and lifting while being the silliest of goosens.
Like the ShamWow, it may look rough on the edges, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Give it a chance and it will earn a spot in your podcast rotation and in your heart.

I have found my people on Massenomics and have a lot of fun listening and following them.
I had hit so many plateaus. One after the other next. It was a never ending series of plateaus. But then I learned about horse stall-mat based gains and how to horsecock weight, and it’s because of BigTommy and BigTanner. You need these visionaries in your life.
Listened to the pod, got strong. It’s basic math.
The whole podcast really make me think that we used to be a proper Frick’n country when only talented people consumed the air waves. I guess they’ll let anyone have a podcast these days. With that said, this is definitely the best lifting podcast about nothing from western north east South Dakota that I’ve ever heard. Probably top 7 in the nation.
