Enjoy listening to the banter between Tommy and Tanner! Especially the non home gym/powerlifting topics where they go off the rails with hilarious nonsense! They help me pass the time while doing yard work and other tedious tasks. Also while I work on getting stronger! They are definitely from the proper country era!
The Massenomics Podcast (should I remove that the?) is the ShamWow of lifting podcasts. It’s not flashy or overproduced, but like a ShamWow it’s effective and consistently entertaining.
It covers strength training, gym culture, and lifting while being the silliest of goosens.
Like the ShamWow, it may look rough on the edges, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Give it a chance and it will earn a spot in your podcast rotation and in your heart.

I had hit so many plateaus. One after the other next. It was a never ending series of plateaus. But then I learned about horse stall-mat based gains and how to horsecock weight, and it’s because of BigTommy and BigTanner. You need these visionaries in your life.
