This is a wonderful supportive podcast to hear the daily challenges about WLS including discussions about all the ups and downs post surgery. I find the hosts comforting and entertaining. They also open you up to the world of the WLS community which has been crucial for my mental health knowing I have support from thousands of members on social media. I walk taller and feel protected by the community, and I’m proud to call myself a warrior.
Love this podcast. This has really helped me in my post op journey.
So much valuable information, but I wonder if the hosts actually listen to the podcast. I’ve listened to 80% of them and Steph is so much louder than the others. In order to hear others you have to turn the volume up, but I rush to turn it down when Steph speaks as she is either too close to the mic or has better equipment. She also interrupts often and speaks over others in a yelling voice. Please listen to your podcast. Truly great info, but hard to listen because of this.
Great information.
Do you listen to your podcasts? In your most recent podcast 2/23/2023, the hostess kept yelling into the microphone Oh my goodness my ears are hurting!!!! Please be aware of how the records sound for the listeners. Just talk in a mike in a voice or sit back a bit from the mike. May do a test with before you start recording. Thanks for reading this.
They keep it real and share the good the bad and ugly of WLS! Thank you so much for ending the stigma
