I love watching Cas’s YouTube channel on organisation and how she created the 4 different organisation styles is amazing. The podcast goes into other life topics like money, overwhelm, mental wellbeing, cooking hacks etc. in addition to organising and tidying, which makes it great for all kinds of life advice. I also like the super down to earth non judgmental personality of Cas and how she opens up about her own issues like past history of debt and how she manages her ADHD. Very inspirational
This helps my life. The episode today particularly about you House being a part time Job. I have ADHD, 5 kids, and all are neurodivergent. I’m also perfectionist yet am overwhelmed. Thank you for permission to not have to do things a certain and for the practical advice and examples. I miss the clutterbug episodes but this is really helpful. (Also thanks for not saying the bad word, my kids listen lol)
Cas is amazing! She has taught me so much about organization, about decluttering, and about myself. She motivates and inspires me to be my best. Thanks, Cas!
