What an inspiring podcast. Love every part of it. Would love more of people being interviewed and asked their best hacks. Love that kind of information. Thanks for the great information.
In January 2024, I happened to hear Tracy on Episode 203 of The Clutterbug Podcast (“Could You Have ADHD? Let’s break down the signs with Tracy Otsuka”) and for the first time, at age 51, I found an explanation for so many of my habits that bother me or others — and explain some of my best traits. I’ve since been diagnosed with ADHD and other neurodiversity and can’t thank Cas and Tracy enough for giving me new hope.
First, I want to let you know that our growing up years are soooo similar! This has made me feel like a true fan! Then, I started listening to your episodes. Just beginning to declutter and have a long way to go. Thank you for your support, help, and encouragement!!!
