  • So Encouraging

Followed Rob on Instagram following the Bariatric Symposium 2025. I am 2 years post sleeve and I haven’t been to the gym since pre-surgery due to gym timidation. Rob helped me understand that I am doing a good job post surgery and after tailoring my protien and water we went over simple solutions to overcome my fear from the gym. He is so encouraging! 5/5, 10/10, 5 stars, recommend.
