    I really appreciate this show and the approach Dr Rentea takes to all of her discussions. Particularly, there’s a real focus on the cognitive and emotional part of weight loss while also supporting the medical approach. I’ve learned all sorts of new ways of thinking and understanding what I’m doing (or not doing.) Plus, there’s a lot of lessons in self-compassion throughout, that so many people really need.
