  • Don’t make the same mistake I made!

    I’ve seen this Pod pop up a few times over the years and skipped past it assuming it was for bodybuilders only. I’m kicking myself!

    Content of quality is up there with the likes of Stronger By Science, 3DMJ, Sigma Nutrition, Revive Stronger, Barbell Medicine and Renaissance Periodisation; and for me the takeaways have been simpler to understand and implement.
