Fitness is about caring for your health— and your health is mental, emotional, and spiritual as well as physical. We are done letting our efforts in fitness and nutrition be a detriment to our mental well-being. It is time to reclaim fitness as the powerful tool for your own self-empowerment that it was ALWAYS supposed to be.

Kelsey is the best! So inspirational. I always go back to her work outs. Her podcast has helped add motivation for my health in a balanced way. physically, mentally, with food, and as a mother! So relatable. She is great and helps so many! Definitely a good listen.
I don’t feel like she lives what she preaches. The religion episode was so boring and cringy. It sounds like there was a lot of mental illness going on. The church doesn’t teach to neglect yourself and be a robot. Parents need to do a better job at teaching in the home rather than leaving everything for the church to do and then blame.
Kelsey speaks the truth that women desperately need. I have never listened to a podcast and felt so understood, motivated, and moved. This woman is a rockstar and yet.. as down to earth as it gets. This podcast is the perfect way for her to share her wisdom. - Your forever listener, Amanda E.
Kelsey truly pours her heart out on every episode, creating a podcast that feels like a warm hug. Her refreshing take on fitness is a breath of fresh air in a crowded space. This is what fitness should truly be about—heartfelt, genuine, and inspiring. Thank you for putting this positivity out into the universe, Kelsey!
This podcast unpacks SO MUCH MORE than fitness. Don’t let the title make you think “I’m not a gym rat, a fitness junkie, etc so it’s not for me.” It is for ANY living, breathing, feeling, struggling, conquering, human being. Kelsey is a true gift of a human that keeps on giving. Her knowledge and understanding goes far beyond the fitness world and I love her holistic, positive, well-educated, and experienced approach to health and wellness. I also appreciate how PRACTICAL she is about giving tip... more
