A rising star in the field
This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a podcast review, and it’s because Reason & Wellbeing consistently delivers more value than anything else in listen to. Greg Potter blends careful reasoning with an evidence-based approach and translates complex topics into simple, practical steps. Episodes on exercise, sleep, brain health, and longevity are interesting and immediately applicable. There is no hype, just clear thinking and investigation.
Unlike many of his contemporaries Greg doesn’t seem to be trying to turn this into a financial endeavour. As a result he can be honest, unbiased and open to different perspectives. I’ve gained lots of useful info from this podcast, thanks Greg!
The breadth of topics covered is impressive as well as the depth Greg goes into each topic. Further, I appreciate that he gives actual recommendations for how to implement strategies, supplements, etc.
Always learn something new from Greg, a pleasure to listen and learn. I particularly enjoy how he delivers his message. Not fear mongering, not overly complex jargon, just easy to digest and actionable advice backed by evidence :)
