    This podcast is an awesome tool in my tool belt on my own personal health and fitness journey. Thank you, Julie for being real and honest in world where most are tip toeing around the big questions so as to not stir the pot. This podcast brings true knowledge, understanding and fulfillment by discussing a variety of health topics from sports injuries to mental health to health and medicine.
