  • Tinnitus for 2 Years

Grateful for this podcast!! It has helped me get a grasp on what is happening with my ears over the past couple of years. I’ve gotten far more info here than from the doctors I’ve seen for help. The recent episode on sugar has been enlightening as I was very recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes. This podcast has been key for reducing my stress over tinnitus as well as developing a personal plan. So thank you!

One day you’re a tough guy and the next you’re crying yourself to sleep every night because the ringing in your e... more
