I get having commercials at the beginning but that is totally counter productive to have them pop up in the middle of the meditation. As someone who struggles with anxiety and wanted an accessible form of meditation to start with that set me back a lot for my day. Hope you are living the good life in this capitalist hellscape.

This is my absolute favourite meditation podcast and I have listened to every episode dozens of times. No other podcast can compare - the host’s voice is easy to listen to and very grounding. There is no pretension or affectation to her voice - she just sounds so soothing and whole. Yucca’s meditations are wonderful. I love that they don’t always focus on you as a human; they often involve an empathic imagining of connection to animals. Her voice is so calming. I’ve enjoyed Yucca’s wisdom and insights on the YouTube channel Pagan Perspective for some time now, and I’m grateful to her for this new endeavor.
