Not only up to date on science based information but also great positive attitude and understanding of the issues facing women and health. Lots of practical advice too. Terrific resource. Does help point me to the gym and is a factor is gradually helping me over come my fear of free weights and
Bar-bells. Definitely am convinced I need to lift more and move more.
Finally! A podcast that drops F-bombs like it’s their job. Can’t tell you how annoying bleeps are. Absolutely refreshing!
Side note: My feed is now chock full o’ grifters.
