  • Amazing.

Kara turns so many accepted paradigms upside down to look at how they actually work. The way we set goals, create confidence, relate to others and ourselves - she takes concepts apart to reveal ways to examine our thinking and she’s taught me how to make mindset shifts that serve me WAAY better. This work is SO important - thank you, Kara!

  • Remarkable podcast, I've been listening for a few years now and I always come back to relisten to episodes that were most impactful to me. Practicing thought work has absolutely impacted my life, I'm now getting what I want and need thanks to guidance within the society. Yes, it's a business, so of course she's going to tell you about joining and taking courses. You're welcome to focus on and criticize that aspect, but if you do you're missing the magic (and the point) of the whole podcast.
