I was very disappointed that there were no strategies offered in this podcast. It seem to all be a build up and then dropped flat. No strategies or help suggested and then a lottery offered.
I struggle with ADD and I can relate to nearly everything I’ve heard so far. Thank you for this
My wife is a neuropsychologist, my father-in-law was a psychologist and both of them were always talking about ADHD. Russel Barkley was always quoted by them. I ask my wife about this book and since she is not seeing any patient with ADHD for more than 10 years, did not know of it. Now she will listen to this audiobook podcast in case one of her patients show signs of ADHD or has been diagnosed as such. She will also recommend the book. more
My CBT therapist recommended the book and then podcast and I appreciate these short and highly relatable episodes
I listened to every episode and enjoyed Ari’s positive voice and helpful suggestions for ADHD. I even go back and search for different topics I would like a refresher on, it’s my first choice of reference even before Additude mag. I’ve bought his book too which is also great. I wish he would make more episodes.
