I loved her podcast up until her “we need to talk about racism” episode. The whole time listening it I just felt like I was being told over and over that I’m privileged because I’m white. Social media has trained us to honestly feel like crap about ourselves and blame ourselves for poor relationships. I didn’t realize how much I needed this podcast. Lauren is saying everything I have ever felt. I have honestly felt so much more confidence after listening to her podcast. Thank you Lauren!
What is your advice regarding the ideal list? If someone you are seeing does not meet some of the criteria of your ideal list, do you automatically turn down someone? Love your podcast!!
