I loved her podcast up until her “we need to talk about racism” episode. The whole time listening it I just felt like I was being told over and over that I’m privileged because I’m white. I’m racist because I’m white. Basically shamed for being.. yup.. white. Would’ve preferred if she just left the politics alone.
The perspective podcast is a must as❤️
Social media has trained us to honestly feel like crap about ourselves and blame ourselves for poor relationships. I didn’t realize how much I needed this podcast. Lauren is saying everything I have ever felt. I have honestly felt so much more confidence after listening to her podcast. Thank you Lauren!
Loz, as a fellow introvert home body I never really felt like who I am was okay until you openly and confidently “admitted” for lack of other words you were and speak without shame about it. I was always a bit ashamed of genuinely enjoying being a homebody and my own time rather than nights out because society made me feel like it was wrong. So Thankyou for making me feel like who I am is okay❤️
