I have been listening to Heather’s podcast for a few years now. She has a beautiful way of giving us moms permission to take care of ourselves. In doing so we can have more clarity about our child’s struggles. She has great, informative guests on that are current experts in the field. I have listened to many of the podcasts several times and have recommended it to others.
