  • straight talk…love it

Mike tells it like it is and it’s refreshing. It's like he's talking directly to you and not trying to pander to the armchair quarterbacks out there. I really love his takes on anxiety and his real life examples that he shares on the show. He also drops a lot of little nuggets that are super helpful. We'll continue to listen. Keep it up, Mike.

The obsessing over need in life has adversely impacted my communication and relationships. Accepting what emotions I am experiencing, and all of it is ok, not good not bad, it is ehat it is, and move on move forward! My focus and sleep have already improved in a short period of time. Gratitude beyo... more

  • Great perspective

I went through Mikes program. At first, as most probably are, I was skeptical. However, it was not BS. Mikes view on the world changed my perspective… it made me realize that life isn’t about your circumstances, it’s what you make it in your own mind. He also teaches practices to retrain your brain to accept your circumstances, regardless of what you’re experiencing. It’s not just positive thinking. I had major migraines on a daily basis due to stress. Mike got me out! Still work to do, but majo... more
