This is probably the most helpful podcast that I listen to. The episodes are a perfect length & Jefferson explains everything so clearly. I’m a 28 year veteran teacher & his communication tips and strategies are very helpful!! Some parents are very difficult (way more so than in the past) & these strategies have helped me in some challenging situations that I’ve encountered. Bravo Jefferson & thank you!!!
Jefferson is amazing and so helpful with a variety of feelings, conversations, types of people and how to walk thru this world in control of your emotions, responses and feelings

I find his friendly approach easy to listen to and extremely helpful - I’ve learned a bunch & might need to get the ... more
He should do an episode about cheating on your wife because he knows a LOT about that.
