Great podcast. I always learn something when I listen.
This podcast really helps me communicate better
From the First 2026 episode! I feel you Mark. I’m estranged from my daughter as well. She was 16 and she refused to follow house rules (caught her vaping multiple times) so I told her she could remain at her mom’s house. She turns 20 in March; we’ve only briefly spoke/seen each other since. I’ve apologized in person, on the phone, texts, AND letters!
I hope the best for you, brother. Thank you Jefferson!
When I’m meeting with NPD x partner I have written on my arm ‘I’m comfortable with where I’m at’. I’m super over reactive and my brain goes straight into defence mode when I’m being attacked verbally. Less is more is my new go to method instead of defending myself. Thanks for your words.
This is a phenomenal podcast. I learn and grow so much from Jefferson's shared wisdom. He is very wise and is a great teacher. He provides real world scenarios and how we can all better communicate. My communication and life is much better because I listen to this podcast. When you start to listen, you will find it will be time well spent.
