  • So so helpful!!

This is probably the most helpful podcast that I listen to. The episodes are a perfect length & Jefferson explains everything so clearly. I’m a 28 year veteran teacher & his communication tips and strategies are very helpful!! Some parents are very difficult (way more so than in the past) & these strategies have helped me in some challenging situations that I’ve encountered. Bravo Jefferson & thank you!!!

When he gives examples of things one may do (over explaining or crying) he doesn’t judge you. He just gives you tips. I find his friendly approach easy to listen to and extremely helpful - I’ve learned a bunch & might need to get the ... more
