Joe’s guest are so varied and interesting. I loved the episode about turning off the aging clock. Loved the idea that your guest wrote it as a fiction book. As a fitness coach this was an interesting take for me and made me think about our health and the process. The aging clock ideas is scary and fascinating.
Love the interviews - very inspiring.
