  • My favorite health related podcast

I love this show. It’s such an easy lesson and a lot of great information. Too many podcasts that talk about health get way too much into the details that make it hard to follow. This one does not. Dr. Bobby does such a great job synthesizing the information and providing actionable takeaways.

  • Solidly scientific!

I appreciate this podcast because Dr. Dubois has a solid understanding of how scientific research is done and what meaning to attribute to the results. As a lawyer who spent my 33-year career defending medical professionals in medical malpractice suits, I can tell when someone handles the science right, as Dr. Dubois does. He is also just so darn pleasant to listen to, and his podcast covers timely and important topics!
