enjoyed listening. glad you kept asking. David's risk tolerance higher than my own, but hit the nail on the head about Entrepreneurs being all in on their personal company investment. Thanks Paula.
I enjoy listening to this podcast and always pick up something.
Today’s interview with the Motley Fool founder was one of the best podcast interviews of all time.
After I listened, I went back and listened again with the transcript.
I have heard of Motley Fool just as a subscription but never knew more. This interview was so interesting and enlightening, it really opened my eyes to new ways of thinking about my general philosophy. A lot of the contrarian advice gives me pause - like don’t b... more
As stated in the title, the Q&A episodes are excruciating since Joe likes to hear himself talk. Paula is good.
Q&A episodes with Joe are the only episodes I have been listening to lately. Definitely would recommend episodes from a year or two ago and earlier. Interviews feel more bland now and like Paula is trying to impress the audience instead of the interesting thought exercises that she would have earlier with guests. I have found myself listening more to Ramit, Money with Katie, Stacking Benjamins, and the Money Guy Podcast to fill the gaps.
The earlier episodes used to be informative. But lately she’s drifted too heavy into content selling. Not to mention her affiliation with Newsmax, which automatically discredits most of everything that she has to say now.
