I don’t understand the bad reviews, this show is very helpful and insightful for all sorts of addictions and addictive behaviors, and it should be commended for de-stigmatising addiction. I love Nzinga and Claire’s thoughtful and warm approach. Don’t let the haters bring you down!
I do agree with other reviewers that there are a lot of ads for a show that has quite short episodes. I would subscribe to Lemonada Premium if I knew it would remove the ads, but I can’t find any info on that.
I’m a psychotherapist and, in the earlier offerings of this podcast, I frequently recommended clients tune in and listen up! Sadly, I keep trying to do the same and for reasons I do not understand, I haven’t referred folks for many months, maybe a year. It was excellent while it lasted. Truly, so appreciated.
