  • Offers hope and wisdom to those living with metastasic breast cancer

I love this podcast. The mere fact that Heather Jose is living 26 years with metastatic breast cancer is incredible and it gives so much hope. But in addition to this fact, Heather openly shares her hard won wisdom on how to cope with this disease. She and her husband discuss all aspects of living with MBC - medical, physical, nutrition, mental and social - and she has even written a ‘5 to thrive’ guidebook to help others who are going through similar experiences (though I just love to listen to... more

  • Husband and caretaker

Stumbled on the channel listened to two episodes and love it. 2 1/2 months ago, my wife was diagnosed with metastatic lymph node breast cancer stage two. Though we know we have a fight before us it’s good to know that others have paved the road and have sound advice to give us. Cancer is a family affair, if one hurts we all hurt but we are there to pick the each other up and march forward. Thank you for the nuggets of knowledge. Thank you for your battle and thank you for the podcast.

  • Thank you!

Thank you both for this podcast!

I just listened to episode 195 & wonder if the reason you had no apple reviews is that they seem to have tried their best to hide away the rate & review option 😬 I had to ask google…

All the best to you & yours 😁
