  • Learning to laugh, love , and heal

I just listened to the Kelly Ripa interview and loved it very much. I enjoy watching Kelly and Mark every morning and their host chat segments at the beginning. I've enjoyed Kelly Ripa's book, Christina's book, and I will make sure to get Jamie's when it comes out. I enjoy Kelly and Christina's humor and it explains why I crushed on them and also wrote letters to them and they both replied to me. • Thank you

I don't have MS but I live with multiple chronic illnesses and pain. It's extremely lonely and difficult, especially being housebound most days and let's face it normal people just don't understand the pain and reality of living like this. I really appreciate this podcast, it makes me feel less alone. Please keep this up as long as you can, even if it isn't always talking about illness. ❤️

Thank you so damn much for explaining all of these difficult things to women who have been gaslit and told they are nuts, by docs and family members. I have 3 nursing degrees including a masters degree and was never taught about auto immune disorders/diseases. Thank you for helping people understand in a non-judgmental way. Thank you for allowing people to be seen and feel included. I’m a mental health nurse and professor with 5 auto immune diseases including Sjogrens, and I cannot get through m... more
