Diagnosed 20 years ago at 30, at 40 was diagnosed with PPMS. I had my twins at 38, and my youngest son at43, and being an older mom has been both difficult and a blessing. I am calmer, don’t sweat the small stuff, and appreciate each day. I find this podcast so comforting. I love hearing your experiences about travel. Ive had MS for 17 years and travel can be so tricky. Long flights are tricky. As far as traveling somewhere hot , I never do it.one thing I love to do is go to my vacation home on Hilton head Island because you can bike on the sand at low tide.the sand is hard packed enough for your bike to go but in the event you fall it doesn’t hurt so bad or at all.
