Excellent interview from Mitch and Jad.
Listening to this interview Jad seems very self aware and mentally strong. He doesn’t see mental strength as a character trait, rather more a state of mind (and one that fluctuates). His background, personality, parents, family, faith and love of food have shaped his determination to work hard and succeed. It would be interesting to hear how his session with a therapist goes.
Hello to you both and thank you for your strong yet gentle honesty, what a thoughtful journey so far! Very relatable as my son and I have a similar relationship and you’ve both given me some tips, I even took notes.
Keep up the beautiful ways about you, and the podcasts please Mitch, I’ve listened to them all. Congrats. X

You described me in my moments of no control over the spewing volcano that was my anxiety. Practice love and compassion everyday. Great podcast. Definitely to the top of my list.
