I love this podcast and George Haas is amazing to listen to. He has a great sense of humour and he seems very gently aware of everything. Definitely worth your time if you're interested in meditation or attachment or both of those things .
place to start for people who are trying to make sense of pain and sadness and heal their relationships
The content of the Ideal Parent podcast was OK, but George kept making mouth and swallowing noises, which can be pretty triggering to people with childhood sexual abuse histories…. Nothing personal against him, but I just can’t listen to that. Or choose not to.
