  • Phenomenal Resource

So grateful for the amazing resource that the Momwell podcast is. I help to moderate a large online parenting group and I constantly link people to various Momwell podcast episodes. Some of my most linked ones are “Understanding Sensory Self-Care”, “A New Approach to Developing Secure Attachment,” and “Managing Tantrums According to Science.” So glad to have these topics addressed in nuanced, practical ways for parents.

  • Episode 242 is *chefs kiss*

Erika has this special way of knowing exactly what I need, exactly when I need it. Episode 242 with Liz Earnshaw came right as I was feeling so many of the stressors discussed in the episode. It helped me put into words so many of the things I was feeling but not able to communicate to my partner. Thank you, Erika. You have truly changed the way I view and approach motherhood. I am eternally grateful.

  • Great Podcast! Less expert background, more content!

I love the topics I just wish more time was spent on the different aspects of the topic rather than the background of the expert and how they ended up on their journey. That’s all wonderful and interesting but it eats into a big chunk of the content. I feel this would be better in the show notes so more time can be used for relevant content.

  • Literally life changing!

As a first time mom, I swore I had it figured out until my sweet little baby became a toddler lol. And because the parents/grandparents did things differently than I wanted to, I started looking for podcasts to help me out in the challenging areas & I found Momwell. The episode about childhood trauma affecting us as parents is the one that got me & I have been doing inner work after discovering I had some trauma that I hadn’t even acknowledged which has totally changed how I parent. THANK YOU TH... more
