I wish I had found this podcast sooner! As a PA for 23 years I was definitely feeling burnout creeping in. Tracy explains everything that I was feeling and why. She explains how PAs can advocate for themselves and each other, plus has great interviews with other providers who share their knowledge and expertise as well!
Tracy is not only an expert in her field as a healthcare provider, but also in various areas that branch off of that, such as finance, work-life balance, and more. Her podcast is both informative and empowering. As a PA, I had always felt like the field was relatively limiting, but Tracy makes it feel otherwise!
I have been searching for a podcast that covers medicine from the PA perspective and this took the cake. There is a wealth of knowledge to be gained listening to Tracy and her guests that will be sure to inspire many new grads and seasoned PAs alike. I am looking forward to future episodes and seeing the PA network grow!
This podcast helped connect me to another PA in a different specialty I am applying for. Tracy is very knowledgeable and articulate. I am now also learning about non clinical roles which is fascinating and inspiring!
