Thoughtful, relevant and well researched nutrition and health info. Love the well qualified guests. I have implemented several of the recommendations, such as the addition of ground flax seed to my diet and observing a tighter eating window. I feel significantly better with less inflammation and better sleep. Great podcast!
I find this show has helped me stay motivated on my path to become a better version of myself. I feel stronger, healthier and happier. There’s always room to improve and this show has offered lots of information, great tips and recommendations.
OK show with OK info. Be wary as she is a conventionally trained dietitian who partners with Ochsner, a trash system that feeds patients garbage and REPEATEDLY misinforms the public on health and nutrition and she tends to do it here.
Also, obnoxious radio style ads that interrupt literally mid sentence throughout are not appreciated.
P.S. collagen does NOT count toward your daily protein target. And read the INGREDIENTS. Canola oil is trash but she repeatedly recommends products with it.
This episode was much appreciated & right on time for the summer heat wave! Molly gave a splendid overview of electrolytes with examples of drinks & foods that I’ll definitely utilize myself & share with others. We are very lucky to have such a talented & inspiring leader in nutrition, fitness & wellness in Louisiana.
Thank you providing a great resource for health & wellness. This yogurt episode was great. Fage 5% is a pantry staple in my home. I never purchase sour cream or cream!
