This is a solid conversation with two hosts, a husband and wife team, who truly seem to love the restaurant world. Although based in DC, they have national guests. And I like that they pack a bunch of people on each episode. That way, if I’m not really interested in one, I only have to wait a few minutes for another. Worth a listen.
