I want to listen for Sara Bradley’s commentary. You know, someone who was on the show, can cook and knows about food? Tom is an obnoxious know-it-all who lacks self-awareness about his lack of knowledge. If I hear him butcher the name of an ingredient one more time I’m going to scream. I am not a cook, but you better believe I’d be prepared if I had a podcast where I’d be talking about cooking, techniques and ingredients. Tom clearly just likes to listen to the sound of his own voice. He goes of... more
Sara is a flop
I stay for Sara Bradley’s commentary on Top Chef cheftestant bts, explanation of cooking technique and competition strategy, and her analysis of the dishes. Opinionated in a delightful way. Interviews are great too. Tom unfortunately seems to know less about food than an avid home cook. And in the last two seasons, the co-hosts have a knowledge gap on all kinds of Asian cuisines. Like Vietnamese Cahn Cuah sweet and sour soup is quite different than Hot and Sour Soup, which Tom compared it to. It... more
Love this podcast! Love Sara representing West KY! There was still a kernel or two on the end Rhoda's cob!
People are allowed to not want or even like children. That doesn’t make Sieger a “villain”
Also I do love Sara but her snark about people who don’t cook/plate the same way as her is annoying
