  • World Class Chefs Dishing

The spirit of Chef Bourdain lives on! No one is bleeping the cussing. The tears are real. The dirt is dished. Adrienne and Joe dish from the heart with stories from the pass to the walk in.

What I love most about The Chef’s Cut is that Adrienne and Joe tell it like it is AND include what it feels like. So many people just want to hear everything chefs know about how to make great food, but very few chef-driven media actually spend time on the feelings that happen as we do this work.

  • An informative and funny podcast

The Chef’s Cut is a must-listen for anyone who loves cooking, chefs, and/or restaurant culture in general. It’s funny, witty, and refreshingly vulnerable. Joe and Adrienne bring sharp insights and heart to each episode, blending the occasional behind the scenes story with playful banter and honest/vulnerable moments. Plus they've had a steady stream of incredible guests (I'm looking at you Eric Adjepong, Dan Barber and Kristen Kish!!!) from the start. Whether you’re a seasoned "foodie" or just a... more

  • Great podcast with some of my favorite cheftants!

As a huge fan of Top Chef and amateur “foodie”, I have loved this podcast, even though I do not work in the food industry. There is a great balance of industry talk, but it is accessible to someone that is not in a pro kitchen. From restaurants to look out for in Chicago and New York, to new chefs to keep track of, it is a podcast I turn on as soon as released each week!
