I found Dr Kelsey via IG and was drawn to her knowledge, calmness and ability to connect with the TTC struggle/journey. I actively look at her account for healthy tips and tricks to push my TTC journey further, change habits and gut check my current behaviours. I have yet to work with her as a client, but for now all the information I have read/learned and this new podcast will be a regular weekly part of my routine of fertility information!
