Out of ALL the podcasts I have listened to none has ever made me more upset than this one! I found myself “arguing” with people who clearly can’t hear me! Lol It was shocking to hear all the blatant injustices that happened here. How do these people live with themselves, do they not have a conscience? Yes, what happened to Officer Hardy should be dealt with and prosecuted to extent that the law will allow, but not to an innocent man. I was shocked by all the problems in this case!! This podcast is extremely well done. The prosecutors on this case should be held accountable- what they did in this case is disgraceful. Do we have an update on the request for the files? The podcast mentioned the FBI wouldn’t release the files until 2025.
