After listening to this podcast for years, it seems the justice system and the people in control of it is worried more about procedures that actual innocence.
What this team has done and continues to do is so inspiring. Once I was able to get my children through school I decided to take their advice as well as that of others and quit talking about what I could’ve done and do it, I am now a near 2nd-year law student with intentions on starting a clinic to offer free or low-cost representation to those that unable to retain it. Under or misrepresentation has led to too many people’s lives and the lives of their loved ones being negatively impacted causi... more
It is wonderful what you are doing for these poor people. Most episodes have me in tears. The cruelty of false conviction! Could you look at Scott Felater’s case?
Yeah, maybe a few of people from the different episodes were wrongly convicted but it's crazy to me on how many of the facts were left out on the Christopher Vaughn. I mean, if you look at all the facts in the case one might have a different opinion about him being innocent. I think it's interesting to have so many interviews but Chris Vaughn is where he... more

Wrongful Convictions Podcast works together with the Innocence Project who advocates for these people through pro bono work and sifting through document after document, and evidence to prove that these people did not do what they were accused of. Innocence Project does reall... more
