  • This Episode made me mad, fact the police did that to an innocent man, and refused to go after the real criminal because they were "certain" that her boyfriend did it.

  • No translations

Because they are just uploading the audio from the actual tv show they never add translations when interviewing someone in a different language. I’m sure it’s on the tv show but a little more effort there would be nice

  • Separate After The Show Show to another Podcast

I am not. fan of hearing the notes and chatty updates. Seems there are more of those than stories. I just like to listen to the stories.

  • Disjointed

Please make the multiple-episode shows at least their own folder. I would prefer to binge them, but if you’re going to release them ine by one at least put them under a

Separate umbrella so we don’t have to figure out which episode we are on or which ones we have or have not listened to.

It’s exhausting and other shows have this already managed.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The After Show: Cold Cases - Baby Holly and Yogurt Shop Murders
Q: How has technology changed your approach to cold cases over the years?
Technology allows re-testing and new connections that were previously impossible; we test more items, use advanced DNA methods, and rely on accredited labs and interagency collaboration to build a more complete picture.
The After Show: Cold Cases - Baby Holly and Yogurt Shop Murders
Q: What leads you to pick and choose which cold cases to work on, and what draws you to them?
Cases tend to come to us when families reach out and when investigators see a potential path where technology and resources could make a difference; we also push to start from scratch to avoid tunnel vision and to see the case with fresh eyes.
The After Show: Stalking Samantha – 13 Years of Terror
Q: What resources exist for someone who is being stalked and cannot or will not go to the police?
Online resources like SPARC, Rain, and the National Hotline for Domestic Violence provide education, advocacy, and local referrals to victim centers and counseling, helping people navigate orders of protection and connect with support services in their community.
The After Show: Stalking Samantha – 13 Years of Terror
Q: When should a victim consider involving law enforcement or pursuing a court order?
Victims should involve law enforcement and pursue legal measures as soon as the stalking begins to feel threatening or escalates, particularly when the stalker ignores no-contact requests, continues to follow, or breaches safety boundaries despite clear indications of harm.
The After Show: Stalking Samantha – 13 Years of Terror
Q: What are the warning signs that something serious could be headed your way?
Warning signs include a pattern of repetitive, unwanted contact, persistent attempts to reach the person after clear rejection, following the victim in person, and attempts to gain access through work, school, or social circles, all indicating the stalker's intent and control.
