I enjoy the show but I don’t enjoy the loud commercials then I have to turn it up to hear the actual commentary/show. It’s very annoying and makes me want to fast forward. Also it hurts my ears when I listen to the podcast with my headphones bc of the volume inconsistencies.

  • Too Many Ads

I love the OG women-focused true crimes show-SNAPPED! I’ve been watching Snapped on Oxygen for 20+ years. The podcasts eps are nice, but they’re just the audio of the TV eps. It was okay when there were a couple of ads at the beginning, but Oxygen keeps adding more ads without improving the quality of the product like reading all the epilogues you’d have to read on TV. The podcast eps just have music and you don’t get the epilogue. Atp it’s giving cheap cash grab and I’ve found myself listening ... more

Please kill the background sound effects. They’re too loud, are an aggravating distraction, and are totally unnecessary. At times it’s difficult to hear the narrator. The storytelling can stand alone. It’s excellent.

  • Always Hillbillies and Name Giveaway

I really enjoy these shows - they are excellent. Well paced, well told and fact based.

    But Please address 2 things:

1 - please change the way you title the episodes: the suspense is taken away because the killer’s identity is revealed in the title.

2- enough with the hillbillies - it’s always church going people from small towns who cheat on each other and have too many babies that they can’t afford. Typical.

You can’t even understand them because their accents are so thick and they don’t ... more
