Keep background music in the background, please. It was torturous to listen to this series because someone apparently forgot that sound should enhance story libe, not supplant it. I stopped listening to some similar network programs because of this issue and I’d rather not lose Dateline.

I LOVE Dateline. I’ve always rated it a 5 star with a glowing review. This new Dateline Original “The Raid” is awful. The host is painful to listen to!! Change can be good but in this case, I have to pass no matter how good the story might be. The narrator can make or break a podcast. Jay just doesn’t do it for me. AT ALL!!!
