This is a great podcast by a dietitian who discusses the influences on our relationships with food and bodies and how we can partner with ourselves to counter these influences. I appreciate how real she is in sharing her story and lessons learned.
I absolutely love this podcast! It’s the best mix of fun and informative and the topics and guests are great! I always look forward to new episodes and learning something new.
As a fellow pediatric dietitian I love this podcast! It’s informative, but also lighthearted! One of the favorite parts of my Sundays. And I enjoy when they catch up at the beginning; makes me feel like we are all best friends:)
I enjoy listening to the cohosts chat about their lives and working motherhood as two moms who work full-time in “traditional” jobs—they are very relatable. I like that the cohosts bring different perspectives and feel comfortable disagreeing and challenging one another. I enjoy the variety of topics that are covered, which go beyond nutrition though I do wonder if the podcast title is a little misleading as the content isn’t limited to dietetics.
I started reading Nicole’s blog over a decade ago (😮) and just started listening to the podcast a few months ago. I usually listen on the go in the car and love the recipe ideas. The picky eater episode was especially helpful. I also like hearing about Nicole and Gina’s lives.
