  • Helping me to deprogram from Diet Culture

I’m very happy to have found this podcast! After listening to a few random episodes on topics I was searching for, I decided to start with episode 1 and go from there. I’ve been on my intuitive eating journey for almost a year, and I find that there are so many times I speak up to say an emphatic “yes!” Or “thank you!” while listening. I’m finding this podcast very helpful in my journey of deprogramming from diet culture.
