I tried a couple of episodes after hearing this podcaster on The Midlife Feast (which I recommend). I would very much like to hear the actual message of Find Food Freedom, but two things are so off putting: 1. The number of ads, which include the info (repeated over and over, I get it!) about the team and what insurance they take, check and see if you qualify! And 2. The casual cursing. As another reviewer said, it’s not very professional. I enjoy several comedy podcasts where there’s a good bit... more
I am always so appreciative of the information and perspective I get from Sam. I have been working on my relationship with food and body ever since I discovered WTAF in 2020 when I was postpartum with my oldest. I am now a mom of two
and five years older. I would have never predicted that my relationship with my body and food would be better than it’s ever been and so much of my success is due to the invaluable resource FFF provides.
I love the podcast so much—thank you for such thoughtful content.
I’d love an episode on intuitive eating and autoimmune/chronic conditions like endometriosis. I’m drawn to intuitive eating, but fear around certain foods that worsen symptoms feels really hard to navigate. Hearing from an endometriosis-informed dietitian who also practices intuitive eating would be so helpful.
Thank you for considering this!

I’ve been on an intuitive journey for 4 years and wholeheartedly believe in it. But I’ve found this past year challenging because of the rise of weight loss drugs. I struggle with body image, and having ads for weight loss drugs everywhere has been triggering. Listening to your podcast has been so grounding and exactly what I need to hear. Thank you for the work you do, it means so much to me.
As someone who has struggled with food and body image, I can’t say enough about how helpful this podcast is.
