stopped listening when she started talking negatively about GLP-1 medications. These medications help thousands of people every year reach their goals. They aren’t an “easy way out” but a tool to help people lose weight. The way she talks about them really rubs me the wrong way.
I’ve been listening to realpod for about a year now and just love the content. I loved the episode recently with Vic and Max. Them opening up about heartbreak and coping within a relationship really hit home for me since I’ve gone through something similar. I think listening to this podcast has made me a better person and partner. Vic, thank you for everything you do and thank you for teaching us it’s okay to be vulnerable.
I can not say enough good things about the Real Pod podcast. I literally paused mid episode to write this review because the episode on stress and burnout is SO eye opening and important to talk about. Vic invites the most amazing and knowledgeable guests to talk about hard topics and she does not shy away from difficult conversations. Vic brings a positive energy to every show and I’m always so impressed with the questions she asks and how well spoken she is in general. Listening to Real Pod gi... more
Vic! When listening to the latest episode with Max I realized why it is that I love this pod so much. You’re so so good at taking what someone says about their personal life or journey and translating it into something that’s clear and applicable to anyone and everyone listening. Lots of pod hosts can do their homework and draft engaging questions. But you take it further and truly bring it all full circle, helping the listener connect to the topics. I appreciate you. Keep it up Queen!
I cannot say enough good things about Real Pod. I wish I could remember how I stumbled upon the show, but I’m so grateful that I did. Vic is someone I wish I could be besties with in real life - so genuine, kind, and open to learning and growing. The way she connects with her guests, asks meaningful questions, and doesn’t shy away from tough conversations is such a breath of fresh air. I love this pod!!
