  • Jonathan Scott-Lee - So interesting

Such an interesting discussion about neurodiversity and grief. I have not heard this discussed before and it was incredibly insightful. Thanks Jonathan and Craig for exploring this subject.

  • Wonderful conversations

This is a marvellous podcast which really reminds me of what’s most important in life. I love to hear the stories of the paths people’s lives have taken. I would also love to hear Craig himself interviewed by someone who asks him these same questions - we pick up his story in little bits, but it would be really interesting to hear him tell it from start to finish, and reflect on his own learning.

  • A really uplifting listen

Craig Oliver is utterly brilliant, an intelligent & thoughtful host who gently probs to get real insights out of his guests. An antidote to the abrasive cut and thrust of political commentary. Hugely enjoyable.

I really like this Podcast. Some excellent guests and decent in-depth conversations that give really interesting insights into the guest themselves and food for thought more generally. I really enjoyed Rory Bremner. Thoroughly recommend.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Rory Bremner - Part 2
Q: Is it that kind of thing?
Yes, I live in my head, but my wife is an artist, and you know, she needs to, when she's working on a big project, you know, she needs to do that.
Rory Bremner - Part 2
Q: Do you feel, looking back, that it was all about the career and you weren't investing in the relationship?
I mean, that's who I was, I guess. A performer lives in their head and they do travel.
James Cracknell - Part 2
Q: And why do you want to do it?
The reality is, in terms of the bigger picture, if there is a big motivation, it is preventable healthcare.
James Cracknell - Part 2
Q: Was there a moment where you sort of identified that there's a problem here in terms of how I'm behaving, acting, and I'm going to have to overcome that?
I think it took me longer than it should have to buy into the concept of therapy and to believe that it would make a difference.
The Return of Matt Forde - Part 2
Q: What have you learned from your experience?
Difficult times pass, and you emerge stronger and more grateful.
