Every once in a while you find something that truly impacts your daily living. This podcast changed everything for me. I started with Centr and following Dan’s recipes. Then I followed his social media and started to get exposed to this massive array of information I never knew I needed. As a lifetime learner, ex-Olympic weightlifter, athlete, eating disorder survivor and human person I cherish each episode and the information I retain. I am able to use all the resources he brings to the table (... more
Yes. This podcast was incredibly informative and kind of mind altering. I’ve been a big fan of Dan, but this was one of those episodes that made me stop and really analyze my own health. I recently subscribed to Athletic Greens (waiting for my first order to arrive) but am seriously considering changing up my diet even more. I’ve always been healthy, or what I consider healthy. But maybe it’s time to go all in and change to a WFPB diet.
Wow wow wow. I can’t even explain how informative this podcast was. I loved the conversations, questions and information!! Dr. Vivan’s perspective was not only motivational but the way she addressed everything was thoughtful and loving. I am literally going to share this with everyone I know. Thank you both!!
Listened to the episode with Nick Bare. Been following Nick on YouTube for the past year and very familiar with his story. Great episode only advice for future episode is less laughing from Dan. Too many times when Nick is telling his story, Dan is chuckling/laughing when it’s not really that funny. Gets annoying after a while. Great episode!
