Is very informative, and accurate based on science and facts about the way the human mind and body work. I've learned so much and gotten better sleep ever since. Such a pleasant voice of the guy who does the show, and amazing guests. So much knowledge just love it!!

You’re a bunch of morons
Love the energy and enthusiasm of the new hosts and the conversations on love and sleep divorce. Can’t wait for more!
