Can Air Pollution and Heat Trigger Migraines? With Prof Gal Ifergane
Q: What is the basic model for understanding migraine in relation to environment?
The layered model combines biology (genetic susceptibility), severity (how bad the migraine can get), and immediate environmental triggers, with pollution, heat, and sunlight acting as triggers on top of an existing biological tendency.
What Really Happens to Men’s Sex Lives as They Age? With Dr. Judson Brandeis
Q: What is the P-long protocol and who is it for?
The P-long protocol combines PRP injections, ultrasound-guided delivery, RestoreX traction, and lifestyle changes to improve penile length, girth, and function for men with normal erectile function rather than those with ED.
Can Diet Change Inflammation in Just a Few Weeks? With Dr. Amrita Vijay
Q: How can someone know if their microbiome is improving?

Can Diet Change Inflammation in Just a Few Weeks? With Dr. Amrita Vijay
Q: Should I start eating fermented foods, and are they better than Omega-3s or fiber?
Fermented foods complement a diverse diet and can have stronger anti-inflammatory effects than single nutrients like fiber or omega-3 alone; the best approach is combining fermented foods with fiber to maximize microbiome diversity and benefits.
