    Each episode of Building the Elite is a treasure trove of information and application. They go way beyond set and rep schemes and into the philosophy of training, resilience, discipline and so much more. Even as an experienced personal trainer, I find myself challenged and stretched at different points in every episode and find myself reviewing and sharing each one multiple times.
